Lolo enjoys teaching a diverse range of students from complete beginners to more seasoned practitioners. Lolo is also a guest teacher on a number of teacher trainings, including the hour course at Yogarise Peckham. Breakfast might include banana nut bread, homemade granola, chia breakfast pots, greek yoghurt, fruit, a fresh juice or smoothie, coffee and herbal teas.
